Key Objectives

Accurately input, update, and maintain data across multiple platforms and databases.

Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information.

Support internal teams by providing reliable data and reports as needed.

Responsibilities

Enter data from various sources into the company database with a high degree of accuracy.

Review and verify data for completeness and correctness before submission.

Identify and correct data entry errors or inconsistencies.

Maintain and update records to ensure data is current and accessible.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and improve data processes.

Generate routine reports and assist with data analysis as required.

Adhere to data security and privacy policies to protect sensitive information.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data management or related field is a plus.

Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.

Excellent typing skills with strong attention to detail.

Familiarity with data management software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Effective communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
