We are seeking a detail\-oriented and organized Filing Clerk to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in filing and document management. This role involves maintaining accurate records, organizing files, and ensuring easy retrieval of documents to support efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems
Sort and file documents accurately and promptly
Retrieve files and documents as requested by team members
Ensure confidentiality and security of all records
Assist with data entry and document scanning as needed
Maintain an inventory of files and update records regularly
Support other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
1 to 2 years of experience as a Filing Clerk or in a similar role
Proficient in using filing systems and document management software
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Good communication skills and reliability
Basic computer skills including MS Office applications
