Experienced Remodeling Professional \& Sales Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional with deep technical knowledge of Home Renovations and Exterior Repairs and a proven track record in sales to join our growing team. At Home Repair Service, we provide a consistent stream of qualified leads, allowing our estimators to focus entirely on client consultation, accurate project scoping, and high\-quality management without the administrative burdens of independent business ownership.

The "Business Owner" Opportunity: Think of this as running your own remodeling business without the administrative nightmares. We handle the marketing, lead generation, online presence, insurance, payroll, and office overhead. You focus on what you do best: meeting clients, estimating jobs, closing sales, and managing projects to completion.

What You’ll Do

* Run Warm Leads: No cold calling. You will manage a high volume of inbound leads within a 30\-mile radius of Pelham.

* Expert Estimating: Provide fast, accurate turnarounds on estimates for our four core areas:

* Deck Building \& Repair

* Siding Replacement \& Repair

* Bathroom Remodeling

* Kitchen Remodeling

* Own the Relationship: You are the face of the company from the initial handshake to the final walkthrough. You don't just "sell and disappear"—you manage the project to ensure a 5\-star experience.

* Delight the Client: Our goal is a 5\-star review every time. You will use your world\-class social skills to turn homeowners into lifelong fans and rich sources of neighborhood referrals.

The Ideal Candidate

* Sales Closer: You have a strong background in sales (preferably in the trades) and know how to ask for the sale.

* Remodeling Expert: You have deep, hands\-on knowledge of how homes are built and repaired. You can spot a structural issue or a design opportunity instantly.

* Self\-Driven: You don't need a boss looking over your shoulder. You are disciplined, provide fast turnarounds, and take pride in your work.

* World\-Class Communicator: You are a great listener who can translate a homeowner's "want" into a technical "need."

* Reliable \& Professional: We maintain a zero\-tolerance drug policy. We need someone who shows up every day, ready to work, without outside distractions or attendance issues getting in the way of their performance.

Requirements

* Proven Sales Experience: Must have a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

* Technical Knowledge: Extensive experience in Decks, Siding, Kitchens, and Baths.

* Vehicle: Must have your own reliable truck (Gas cards provided).

* Location: Must be able to reliably commute and serve clients within 30 miles of Pelham.

* Drug Testing: Must be able to pass a pre\-employment drug screen.
