Position: Administrative Assistant

As an Administrative Assistant, You will provide administrative support to an outpatient substance abuse counseling facility. A commitment to RHD values should be demonstrated as job duties are performed.

  • Major Responsibilities

    * Answer inbound calls for staff and route appropriately to extension or voicemail, or convey messages

    * Field and address general calls and inquiries regarding services provided at Rise Above

    * Greet arriving clients and complete appropriate check\-in procedures

    * Collect and record payments for services

    * Schedule evaluation appointments

    * Maintain and report group registration and attendance as needed

    * Process evaluations and communicate status of evaluations with referral sources

    * Complete other duties as assigned by management team

    Job Qualifications

    * Minimum of two years’ experience in clerical or administrative work

    * Knowledge of Microsoft Office

    * Experienced with electronic health records preferred

    * Bilingual speakers are highly encouraged to apply

    * Knowledge of Human Resources laws and practices.
