We are looking for an Office Administrator who is as sharp as a laser sensor. You will be the central hub between our clients, our field technicians, and our vendors. If you are naturally organized, calm under pressure, and love the idea of helping a local business keep the community safe, we want to talk to you.

Key Responsibilities

* Service Coordination: Managing the dispatch calendar and routing our field technicians for installations and service calls.

* Client Relations: Handling inbound inquiries from homeowners and business managers with a professional, reassuring tone.

* Permit \& Compliance: Coordinating with local municipalities for alarm permits and managing monitoring center registrations.

* Inventory \& Logistics: Tracking equipment orders (cameras, panels, sensors) and ensuring technicians have the right parts for the day’s jobs.

* Billing Support: Processing service tickets into invoices and following up on accounts receivable.

What You Bring to the Team

* The "Security Mindset": You understand the importance of confidentiality and high\-level attention to detail.

* Multi\-Tasking Mastery: You can handle a ringing phone while rescheduling a technician’s afternoon route without breaking a sweat.

* Tech Literacy: Proficiency in \[mention specific software like QuickBooks, AlarmBilling, or Salesforce].

* Reliability: Our clients depend on us 24/7; we need an admin who is punctual and dependable during office hours.

* Industry Experience: (Preferred but not required) Previous experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Security, or other "Truck\-Based" service industries.
