Job Summary:
Service Transition and Case Initiation:
- Facilitate the transition of services from intake to the start of each case
- Supervise DSPs both in the field and remotely
- Conduct "Meet and Greet" sessions with potential individuals
- Administer PANE forms to new DSPs before they begin working on cases
- Provide regular oversight of CBS/IS services, including weekly and monthly reviews
- Review CBS/IS logs for accuracy and compliance
- Offer constructive feedback to DSPs on service performance and documentation compliance
- Assist with staffing changes as needed for active cases
- Manage PTO requests and ensure necessary parties are informed

- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and organization.
- Must have a valid driver’s license in the state of NJ
- Willing to travel within a specified area
- Must have reliable transportation to and during work hours
- Must be a team player
- Must have BA/BS in Psychology, or related field, and currently attending, or completed MA/MS in Psychology, or related field
- Must have or be in pursuit of BCBA (LBA), BCaBA (Assistant LBA)
- Preferred at least 2 years of ABA related experience
- Preferred at least 1 year experience in a supervisory/training role
- Preferred at least 1 year experience working with adults
- Understanding of the DDD community and support services
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast\-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office software.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
- Compassionate and professional demeanor when interacting with clients and staff.
- Strong understanding of confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
- Ability to remain flexible and adaptable as priorities change.
- BACB credentialed supervisor for RBT, BCaBA, and BCBA
- Monday to Friday with 2\-3 early days, and 2\-3 late days
