Looking for a motivated candidate looking to get their start in Admin/HR!

Cobra Direct Inc is a growing outsourced sales company, who just opened our newest branch in Charlotte,NC ! We are looking for a Part\-Time Administrative Assistant team member to support our team as our firm continues to expand. This is an Entry Level position for anyone looking to gain experience in an administrative/office setting. We offer paid training and will give someone the experience needed to get their start in the Human Resources career path. The Recruiting and Administrative team are the most important part of our business, whether someone calls in or walks in, they often give the first impression of our business. We are looking for hard\-working, energetic individuals that can thrive in a fast\-paced environment. Finally we need candidates who are are excited about gaining business experience and being part of a winning team.

Administrative and Recruiter Responsibilities:

● Recruiting: Help grow our business by learning to recruit the top talent for our other available positions. If our business is going to be successful and sustaining, we need the best of the best working for us. We need you to help attract this talent.

● Screen resumes, contact candidates, schedule interviews, update paperwork

● Help with day to day office activities (basic data entry, greet guests, administrative tasks)

Administrative and Receptionist Requirements:

● Love communicating and meeting with people all day (in person and on the phone)

● Excellent at multitasking

● Detail\-oriented

● Degree preferred or being pursued

● Takes pride in their work

● Represent company with integrity and with a professional image

● Have a “Make It Happen” mentality

● (Schedule may vary between these days with being part time) (Monday\-Friday 11\-3\)

Paid training provided.
