Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and guide them through their visit to the salon and spa.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate to optimize the team’s time and resources.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain inventory and supply levels for salon and spa products, placing orders as necessary.
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and recordkeeping.
  • Provide support for marketing initiatives, including managing social media updates and promotional materials.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and waiting areas.
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a relevant administrative role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and salon management software is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast\-paced environment.
  • Detail\-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with the cosmetics or beauty industry is an advantage.
  • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a passion for customer service.
