We are a fast\-paced law firm seeking a highly organized and dependable Administrative Assistant to support multiple departments. This is an entry\-level role with growth potential, ideal for someone who is detail\-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a high\-volume environment.
Responsibilities
- Sort and distribute incoming/outgoing mail
- Scan, copy, print, and upload documents
- Maintain organized digital and physical files
- Provide administrative support across departments
- Assist with data entry and document management
- Learn and use internal software systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to learn new software quickly
- Comfortable in a fast\-paced work environment
- Computer savvy (Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Able to work with minimal supervision and follow direction
- Reliable, proactive, and able to multitask
- Prior administrative experience
- Experience with MerusCase or similar systems is a plus
- Highly organized and detail\-focused
- Takes initiative and works independently
- Adaptable and able to support multiple teams
- Eager to learn and grow
