Lighting Gallery is a high\-end lighting showroom based in Huntington, NY, specializing in designer lighting for residential and commercial projects.
We are seeking a reliable, detail\-oriented Part\-Time Administrative Assistant to support our management team with daily operations across both our showroom and online business.
This is an in\-person position and a hands\-on role ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, working with systems, and supporting a team in a fast\-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Process and manage online orders (Shopify)
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Assist with inventory counting and stock organization
- Answer customer service calls and assist with inquiries
- Support the sales and management team with administrative tasks
- Help maintain organization across orders, paperwork, and systems
- Tuesday – Friday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Occasional weekends as needed
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with computers and web\-based systems
- Clear and professional communication skills (phone \& email)
- Ability to multitask and follow through independently
- Retail, admin, or e\-commerce experience is a plus (not required)
