We are seeking a motivated Part Time Sales / Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support daily office operations, assist with customer interactions, and contribute to the growth of our dealership. The ideal candidate will be energetic, organized, and eager to provide excellent customer support while managing administrative tasks efficiently.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly at the front desk and provide exceptional customer service
- Manage phone systems, directing calls and taking messages accurately
- Assist with data entry, filing, and miscellaneous tasks
- Handle clerical duties including proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting administrative projects
- Provide customer support by answering inquiries, supporting sales processes, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors
- Maintain a professional front desk presence, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills
- Previous sales, office or clerical experience with strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual ability is a plus
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with good time management skills
- Previous experience in the auto industry is advantageous but not required.
