- Lead firm\-wide operational and strategic projects from planning through execution.
- Develop and maintain standardized project management methodologies and PMO best practices.
- Create project charters, timelines, resource plans, and measurable success metrics.
- Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and report status to executive leadership.
- Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Collaborate with attorneys and department leaders to streamline workflows.
- Support system implementations (case management software, automation tools, reporting platforms).
- Ensure operational processes align with compliance requirements (FDCPA, CFPB, state regulations, court deadlines, etc.).
- Assist with vendor coordination and technology rollouts.
- Establish KPIs for legal production, case throughput, and operational efficiency.
- Build dashboards and executive\-level reporting tools.
- Analyze performance data to recommend process enhancements.
- Serve as liaison between legal, operations, compliance, IT, finance, and administrative departments.
- Facilitate meetings, define deliverables, and hold teams accountable to timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Legal Studies, or related field.
- 3–7 years of project management experience (legal, financial services, or regulated industry preferred).
- Experience building or managing a PMO function.
- Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, etc.).
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (Asana, Monday, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar).
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in creditors’ rights, collections law, foreclosure, bankruptcy, or high\-volume litigation environments.
- PMP certification or equivalent.
- Experience with legal case management systems.
- Background in compliance\-heavy industries.
