POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Client Success \& Sales Associate who will be responsible for converting leads into members while delivering an exceptional first experience for every family that walks through our doors.
This role combines sales, customer service, and front desk operations. You will often be the first interaction a new customer has with our gym, which makes this a critical position for both our growth and our community experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCustomer Service, Sales \& Lead Conversion
- Respond to new leads (calls, texts, email, web inquiries)
- Schedule and confirm trial classes
- Conduct in\-person sales conversations
- Convert trial students into memberships
- Follow up consistently with leads who have not yet enrolled
- Greet all members and guests warmly
- Answer questions about programs and pricing
- Maintain a clean and professional front desk
- Create a welcoming and high\-energy environment for families
- Experience with ZenPlanner and Go High Level is a plus, but not required
- Guide new members through signup and account setup
- Help families understand schedules and programs
- Ensure a smooth and positive first\-month experience
- Track leads and follow\-ups in CRM
- Update customer records accurately
- Assist with reports and daily sales tracking
- Reach out to past leads, camps, and events
- Support promotions and marketing campaigns
- Help generate referrals and repeat business
- Consistently follow up with all leads
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain strong conversion rates
- Deliver a high\-quality and memorable customer experience
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable asking for the sale
- Organized and detail\-oriented
- Reliable and accountable
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Previous sales or customer service experience
- Experience working with families or youth programs
- Experience using CRM systems
- Interest in fitness, sports, or movement
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
- Sales quota and % achieved
- Monthly or annual revenue generated
- Conversion rates (if applicable)
- Number of sales per month
- Any customer satisfaction or retention metrics
- Base Pay: $21/hour to start
- Commission: 10% per sale of any service over $100
