ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
This is a full\-time position. Administrative Assistant responsibilities include providing administrative support for the Executive Director, Operations Director and general agency administrative tasks and data entry. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational skills along with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Ultimately, you will provide administrative support ensuring daily procedures run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Process agency accounts payable.
- Process mail for accounting contractor/bookkeeper.
- Process credit card receipts.
- Process timecards for payroll.
- Communicate and respond to all community partner’s inquiries.
- Maintain miscellaneous statistical and informational logs and databases.
- File documents in both paper and digital formats.
- Schedule in\-house and external meetings and conferences.
- Prepare presentations, spreadsheets and reports.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant.
- Hands\-on experience with MS Office Suite (particularly MS Word and MS Excel).
- Solid time\-management abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Familiarity with office equipment (such as printers and fax machines).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Recovery Coach training is a plus and will be encouraged.
- Basic math skills.
- High school diploma: additional qualification in Office Administration is a plus.
- Maintain professional and courteous manner with residents, members, visitors, contractors and fellow employees.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
- Be able to maintain effective and cooperative working relationships.
