Duties
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering multi\-line phone systems, and directing calls with professional phone etiquette
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
- Support office management tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, and organizing files to ensure efficient workflow
- Assist with customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and providing excellent service both in person and over the phone
- Must maintain clean workspace in office
- Handle clerical responsibilities including typing correspondence, managing office supplies
- Provide administrative assistance to team members
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment
