Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with friendly professionalism
  • Answer multi\-line phone systems promptly, efficiently routing calls and taking accurate messages
  • Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks to maintain accurate records
  • Handle clerical duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and organizing office supplies
  • Support calendar management and scheduling for team meetings, appointments, and events
  • Provide customer service support by addressing inquiries via phone or email with courtesy and clarity
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks including basic bookkeeping and invoice processing as needed
  • Maintain office organization through filing systems, inventory management, and ensuring a clean workspace
  • Skills

  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills, including experience with multi\-line phone systems
  • Notary Public preferred
  • Proven clerical experience in an office environment
  • High typing speed with accuracy; attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks
  • Knowledge of office management practices including filing systems, calendar management, and time management techniques
