MCC Marketing Group is a growing live entertainment marketing agency working across national concert tours, comedy festivals, film releases, Broadway series campaigns, and cultural brands expanding into the U.S. market.
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Contract Project Manager \& Executive Assistant to work directly with the Founder \& CEO. This role is both strategic and operational. You will be responsible for managing timelines, tracking budgets, supporting financial coordination, and ensuring day\-to\-day operations run efficiently.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast\-paced environment, enjoys bringing structure to creative teams, and takes pride in keeping projects on track and on budget.
This is a fully remote position. Candidates must be U.S.\-based.
Duties
- You will manage the CEO’s calendar, coordinate meetings, and assist with scheduling across multiple time zones. You will handle travel bookings, help prepare documents and proposals, and ensure follow\-ups from meetings are executed.
- You will oversee multiple active campaigns simultaneously and ensure all timelines and deliverables are met.
- You will manage client timelines, ensure deliverables are completed on schedule, and hold team members accountable to deadlines. A strong ability to prioritize and shift between projects is essential.
- You will monitor campaign budgets, track vendor invoices, and ensure projects remain within approved financial parameters. Responsibilities include assisting with invoice creation and distribution, customizing client agreements, tracking outstanding payments, maintaining payment logs, and supporting basic financial reporting.
- Coordinate and oversee high\-level meetings, including preparing agendas, follow\-ups, and necessary documentation
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and emerging marketing strategies to inform decision\-making
- Assist in developing and executing multichannel marketing campaigns across social media, digital advertising, print, and e\-commerce platforms
- You will maintain organized digital systems, improve workflows where needed, and help build scalable processes as the company grows.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns via platforms like Mailchimp or similar tools; optimize for engagement and conversions
- Proven experience in project management, operations, executive support, or agency coordination
- Strong financial organization skills and comfort tracking budgets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday, DropBox, etc.)
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
