Job Overview

We are looking for a highly organized, dependable, and motivated team member to support daily business operations while training into a front\-end web development role.

This position combines administrative support, customer communication, hiring assistance, bookkeeping support, and personal assistant responsibilities with a structured path into HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and UI/UX development.

No prior web development experience is required — we will train the right person. The ideal candidate is self\-driven, tech\-comfortable, and excited to grow into a long\-term role within a fast\-paced, technology\-focused company.

You will work directly with leadership and play a key role in improving systems, supporting digital projects, and helping scale the business.

ResponsibilitiesAdministrative \& Operations Support

  • Answer customer phone calls with professionalism and strong customer service
  • Respond to customer emails daily
  • Provide general administrative and organizational support
  • Maintain accurate digital records and internal documentation
  • Assist with business research and special projects
  • Help coordinate hiring, onboarding, and employee documentation
  • Provide direct executive/personal assistant support as needed
  • Bookkeeping \& Payroll Support

  • Assist with QuickBooks data entry and basic reporting
  • Support payroll preparation (time tracking, document organization, etc.)
  • Web Development Training \& Digital Projects

  • Complete company\-provided training in
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and UI/UX

  • Assist with website updates and front\-end development projects
  • Help create and update page layouts and user interfaces
  • Support basic graphic and digital design tasks for web pages
  • Requirements

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone
  • Strong computer skills (Google Workspace and ability to learn new systems quickly)
  • Self\-motivated and eager to learn new technical skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast\-paced environment
  • Preferred (Not Required)

  • QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience
  • Payroll support experience
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript
  • Basic graphic design experience (Canva, Figma, Adobe, or similar)
  • Previous administrative or office experience

Growth Opportunity

Candidates who successfully complete training and demonstrate proficiency will transition into more development\-focused responsibilities.

Pay: $800\.00 \- $1,100\.00 per week
