We are seeking a reliable and organized Part\-Time Administrative Assistant to support our day\-to\-day office operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detailed\-oriented, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast\-paced environment.

Key Responisbilities

  • Answer phones, emails and handle general correspondence.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports and files.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping and invoicing.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team
  • Requirements

  • Previous administrative or office experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and time\-managment skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office \- Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Publisher
  • Excellent written and vergal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
  • Job Types: Part\-time, Contract

    Expected hours: 16 per week
