We are seeking a reliable and organized Part\-Time Administrative Assistant to support our day\-to\-day office operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detailed\-oriented, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast\-paced environment.
Key Responisbilities
- Answer phones, emails and handle general correspondence.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports and files.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and invoicing.
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time\-managment skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office \- Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Publisher
- Excellent written and vergal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- QuickBooks: 1 year (Preferred)
- Day Shift (Preferred)
