Business Development Representative (BDR) – Outbound Sales – Fast Growth AI Startup
Job Description
We are building an AI software company from the ground up and we are looking for 1–3 high\-energy, competitive, coachable individuals who want to break into tech sales the right way.
This is not a clock\-in, clock\-out job.
This is not for someone looking to “try sales.”
This is for someone who wants to build real skills, get uncomfortable, and earn their keep.
We will train you.
We will provide the tools.
We will coach you daily.
But you must bring the work ethic.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Heavy outbound cold calling (100–250\+ dials per day)
- Cold email and LinkedIn outreach
- Booking qualified demos for our sales team
- Handling objections confidently
- Tracking activity daily
- Participating in public performance scoreboards
- Improving scripts and messaging weekly
- Highly competitive personality
- Thick skin – rejection does not affect you
- Strong verbal communication
- Coachable and open to direct feedback
- Comfortable being held publicly accountable to numbers
- Willing to work in a performance\-driven environment
- Ambitious and wants to earn more over time
- Former athlete
- Call center experience
- Car sales experience
- Door\-to\-door sales experience
- High activity job background
- Not a passive support role
