Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail\-oriented Bilingual (Chinese English) Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and have a 6\-month office working experience, providing exceptional customer service while supporting daily administrative tasks. This role requires proficiency in both Mandarin Chinese and English, know how to use office equipment and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
- Answer and manage multi\-line phone systems, ensuring professional phone etiquette at all times.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, making copies, and maintaining organized filing systems.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating various meetings.
- Provide customer support through effective communication, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- can do simple translation from/to Mandaring Chinese and English.
- Learn how to fill out various legal forms. (will train)
- Support administrative functions including typing documents and managing correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and assist with ordering as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and support various projects as required.
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English is essential.
- Previous office experience is helpful; clerical experience preferred.
- can use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good computer literacy and typing skills are required; experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
