About Us:

The United States has the poorest maternal and birth outcomes of all developed countries with the underserved, Black, Brown, Indigenous communities disproportionately affected. Cayaba Care is working to drastically change the experience of affected communities by reimagining how we deliver meaningful and compassionate care to expectant moms.

Cayaba Care's mission is to improve pregnancy, birth and the postpartum journey for women and their families by reimagining how maternity care is delivered. Our team is focused on building trust\-based engagement and wrap\-around support for expectant moms at home, in person and virtually to ensure they have all the social support they need for a successful and joyful pregnancy journey. We help our members with care navigation, doula support, assistance with lactation, nutrition, housing, transportation and a wide range of other needs. We leverage technology to support our virtual engagement that allows us to meet all our moms where they are.

We ensure that our members have trusted sources for support, resources, and information throughout their pregnancy, delivery and well into postpartum. Cayaba Care does not replace the primary obstetrician or doctor's relationships. Instead, we support expectant mothers with all other health\-related social needs not typically available through their doctors' offices.

Our Values:

Empathy is at the heart of everything we do. We must always center the experiences of the mothers and families we serve, as well as support and uplift one another.*

Collaboration is what makes us stronger. We achieve the greatest impact when we work together, share knowledge, and elevate each other's strengths.*

Resilience reflects our ability to push through challenges, adapt in a fast\-changing environment, and remain committed to our mission no matter the obstacles.*

The Role:

We are looking for a high\-energy, detail\-oriented Coordinator, Talent Acquisition to join our People team. In this role, you'll partner closely with our Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition to ensure a world\-class candidate experience while simultaneously supporting the Head of People in building the foundational company culture initiatives.

This role will report directly into the Head of People at first, then transition to being managed by the Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition.

Work Hours: This role needs to be available to work EST or CST hours (8:30AM \- 5:30PM).

Responsibilities:

Talent Coordination \& Candidate Experience

  • Manage the full\-cycle interview scheduling process for the Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition, ensuring a seamless and "white\-glove" experience for all candidates.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, guiding them through the interview funnel and managing logistics (travel, calendar invites, and tech setups).
  • Maintain our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data integrity and real\-time reporting.
  • Full\-Cycle Recruiting

  • Own the end\-to\-end recruitment process for entry\-level and high\-volume roles
  • Execute creative sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, Indeed, campus recruiting, and niche job boards to create diverse talent pipelines
  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess cultural alignment and basic qualifications.

  • People Operations \& Administration

  • Support the Sr. Manager, People Operations with HR administration as needed
  • Assist the Head of People in the rollout of company\-wide people initiatives as needed
  • Qualifications:

  • 2\-4 years of professional experience in recruiting coordination, HR administration, or a fast\-paced operations role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; you represent the brand with warmth and professionalism.
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity and "building the plane while flying it." You see a gap and fill it without being asked.
  • You can pivot from a complex scheduling task to a candidate interview to supporting people ops without losing your rhythm.
  • You are eager to learn the nuances of Talent Acquisition and People Strategy from seasoned leaders.
  • Experience with Greenhouse, Calendly, and G Suite a plus
  • This is a full\-time exempt position with a pay range between $65,000 \- $75,000\. Exact compensation will depend on years of direct relevant experience.

For full\-time employees, we offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you both professionally and personally:

  • Recharge with annual paid holidays off.
  • Salaried (Exempt) Employees: Enjoy unlimited time off after the 90\-day probation period.
