  • Provide front desk support by greeting visitors, answering multi\-line phone systems with professionalism, and directing calls appropriately.
  • Handle customer support inquiries via phone or email with courteous and effective communication; provide exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, proofreading documents, and managing office supplies to ensure a well\-organized workspace.
  • Qualifications

  • Highschool Diploma or equitant.
  • Administrative experience with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Canva and Google Workspace applications prefered.
  • Excellent computer literacy including data entry, proofreading, and document formatting skills.
  • Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills; previous experience as a receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous.
