Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Window Treatment Installer assistant to support our installation team with residential and light commercial projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands\-on work, takes pride in quality, and wants to grow within the window treatment industry.
Bilingual skills in Mandarin/English or Spanish/English are highly preferred due to our diverse customer base.
Responsibilities
- Assist lead installer with window treatment installations, including shades, blinds, drapery, shutters, and motorized systems
- Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment
- Support installation of motorized window treatments (training provided if needed)
- Prepare and clean job sites before and after installations
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers in their homes
- Follow company installation standards and safety procedures
- Communicate effectively with installers and office staff
- Extremely reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in customers’ homes
- Basic experience with hand and power tools preferred
- Experience with window coverings or Hunter Douglas products is a plus, but not required
- Valid California Driver’s License
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders
- Day shift
