Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail\-oriented Secretary/Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our office. The ideal candidate will handle front desk responsibilities, provide administrative support, and help ensure smooth day\-to\-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Maintain office supplies and keep the reception area tidy
- Assist management and staff with administrative tasks as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain confidentiality of company and client information
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional administrative training is a plus)
- Proven experience as a receptionist, secretary, or administrative assistant preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time\-management skills
