We are seeking a detail\-oriented and organized Office Assistant to support our daily operations. Duties
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries
- Answer multi\-line phone systems promptly and professionally, practicing excellent phone etiquette
- Schedule appointments and manage calendar appointments using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
- Monitors nurses' notes and reports accordingly
- Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, document preparation, and correspondence
- Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person, delivering friendly and efficient service
- Assist with clerical duties including typing reports, managing emails, and maintaining organized files
- Support personal or administrative tasks as needed for team members or management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Strong computer literacy and organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Experience with office management systems such as QuickBooks and calendar management tools
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy for data entry and documentation tasks
- Bilingual abilities are preferred to serve diverse clients effectively
- Previous office experience in clerical or administrative roles is highly desirable
- Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist procedures is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and support capabilities
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and maintain professionalism at all times
