Order Processing Clerk (Entry-Level)

Job Summary Mar Vista Animal Medical Center is seeking an organized and detail\-oriented Order Processing Clerk (Entry\-Level) to assist with routine supply orders, inventory documentation, deliveries, and administrative support within the veterinary hospital. This position is suitable for someone beginning an office or operations career who is comfortable working with computers, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with different team members. Key Responsibilities Enter and update supply and purchase order information Review order details for accuracy and completeness Assist with preparing and submitting routine supply requests Track order status and expected delivery information Receive deliveries and verify items against packing documentation Report missing, damaged, or incorrect items to the appropriate staff member Update inventory and order records in internal systems Organize invoices, receipts, packing slips, and related documents Assist with monitoring commonly used office and hospital supplies Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Entry\-level candidates are welcome to apply Previous order processing, inventory, retail, or office experience is helpful but not required Basic computer and data\-entry skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organizational and time\-management abilities Schedule Full\-time, on\-site position. Specific working hours will be determined according to hospital staffing and operational needs.
