Advanced Practice Provider (APP) — Neurology Position Summary We are seeking a motivated Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join a growing neurology practice delivering both inpatient and outpatient care. This role involves the evaluation and management of neurologic conditions, with opportunities for procedural training and professional development. Core Requirements \- Active and unrestricted NP or PA licensure \- 2–3 years of clinical experience preferred \- New graduates considered with a strong demonstrated interest in neurology \- Strong clinical reasoning skills and commitment to high\-quality patient care Clinical Responsibilities Inpatient (Hospital\-Based Care) \- Perform inpatient neurology consultations and follow\-up care \- Manage common conditions including stroke, altered mental status, and seizure disorders Outpatient Practice \- Provide ambulatory neurology care with ongoing follow\-up \- Manage common conditions including dementia, headache disorders, peripheral neuropathy, and Parkinson’s disease/movement disorders Procedures (Outpatient) \- Botox injections (migraine and other indications) \- Sphenopalatine ganglion (SPG) blocks \- Occipital nerve blocks (ONB) \- Qutenza application \- Skin biopsy (based on experience and training) EMR Systems \- Outpatient: Athena EMR \- Inpatient: Epic Preferred Qualifications \- Experience with Athena and/or Epic \- Strong interest in neurology and procedural skill development \- Ability to work independently with physician collaboration and/or supervision Schedule and Work Structure \- Approximately 60–70% inpatient and 30–40% outpatient split Inpatient \- Consultations and follow\-ups, including morning rounds and call coverage \- Participation in weekend call schedule (approximately 1 in 4 weekends) with additional compensation Outpatient \- Clinic\-based care and procedures \- Last scheduled patient at 2:00 PM \- Flexible schedule with administrative and potential remote work time Clinic Hours \- Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM \- Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM Additional Details \- Option for Friday remote or administrative time (negotiable) \- Ongoing education and procedural training opportunities Compensation and Benefits \- Competitive salary based on experience and level of commitment \- Quarterly and annual bonuses with performance\-based incentives \- 401(k) with employer match and annual profit sharing \- Comprehensive health and dental insurance \- Paid time off (PTO) \- CME allowance and dedicated CME hours Pay: $105,000\.00 \- $125,000\.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance Work Location: In person
