Duties Greet clients warmly upon arrival, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive first impression Manage appointment scheduling using Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace, coordinating with nail technicians to optimize daily bookings Answer multi\-line phone systems with professionalism, practicing courteous phone etiquette to address client inquiries and appointment requests Handle client check\-ins and check\-outs efficiently, ensuring accurate data entry and record keeping Maintain organized filing systems for client records, invoices, and salon supplies while managing data entry tasks with speed and accuracy Support office management tasks such as calendar management, bookkeeping with QuickBooks, and basic office supply inventory control Assist with clerical duties including proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting overall front desk operations Experience Previous office management or front desk experience in a customer\-focused environment is highly preferred Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and familiarity with multi\-line phone systems Demonstrated excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast\-paced setting Exceptional customer service skills with experience in client communication and support roles Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively serve diverse clientele Experience with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management is desirable Personal assistant or office experience that includes bookkeeping or QuickBooks familiarity will be considered an asset Join us to be part of a lively team that values professionalism, efficiency, and outstanding client care.
