Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Runner/Receptionist to join our vibrant team! Duties Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly, providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional front desk presence Manage multi\-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and direct calls accurately using proper phone etiquette Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with precision and timeliness Assist with data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy in all administrative tasks Support office management by organizing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace for various clerical tasks including word processing and email correspondence Qualifications Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members Prior office experience or administrative support background is preferred Strong computer literacy with excellent skills in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data entry software such as QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping tools Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor and strong phone etiquette Experience with front desk operations, multi\-line phone systems, and clerical duties such as filing, proofreading, and calendar management Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Personal assistant or office management experience is a plus but not required Join us in creating an inviting atmosphere where professionalism meets enthusiasm!
