Duties Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting visitors, answering multi\-line phone systems, and directing calls with excellent phone etiquette. Oversee office management tasks such as supply procurement, filing systems, and maintaining office equipment to ensure operational efficiency. Handle calendar management and scheduling for team meetings, appointments, and conference rooms using productivity software like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office. Perform data entry, bookkeeping, and basic accounting tasks using QuickBooks or similar financial software to support financial accuracy. Coordinate client communication and customer support efforts by providing professional assistance via phone or email, ensuring high\-quality service standards. Maintain organized records through meticulous filing, proofreading documents, and managing spreadsheets for various administrative projects. Support additional roles such as medical or dental receptionist duties, including appointment scheduling and patient record management when needed. Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills and computer literacy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and productivity software. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast\-paced environment. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service and client interaction; bilingual abilities are a plus. Familiarity with multi\-line phone systems, data entry procedures, filing systems, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks. Previous experience in front desk operations or as a personal assistant is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively while maintaining attention to detail; experience with calendar management is preferred.
