Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive first impression Manage multi\-line phone systems, directing calls with professionalism and courtesy while maintaining phone etiquette Handle front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, managing visitor logs, and maintaining a tidy reception area Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and word processing using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Assist with calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments for staff members Support office management tasks including inventory tracking, supply ordering, and basic bookkeeping with QuickBooks or similar software Provide administrative support through document preparation, proofreading, and ensuring accurate data entry and record keeping Experience Proven office management or administrative experience in a fast\-paced environment Strong clerical background with familiarity in filing systems, data entry, and document processing Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and general computer literacy Experience handling multi\-line phone systems and providing exceptional phone reception with professional phone etiquette Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively Personal assistant or front desk experience is a plus, along with familiarity in bookkeeping or QuickBooks software Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your organizational talents will shine!
