Overview We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Residential House Manager to lead the daily operations of our long\-term care community. This pivotal role involves overseeing resident care, staff management, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence to ensure a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for residents and their families. The ideal candidate will bring energetic leadership, extensive experience in senior and assisted living settings, and a passion for enhancing quality of life through personalized care. Responsibilities Lead and supervise caregiving staff, under the direction of nursing personnel, and administrative teams to deliver exceptional resident\-centered care. Assist the ARN with(POC)\- develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans tailored to each resident’s needs, including memory care and dementia\-specific strategies. Ensure compliance with all health regulation policies, long\-term care regulations, and safety standards across the facility. Oversee medication administration processes, under the direction of the Administrative RN, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal requirements. Foster a positive community atmosphere by engaging residents in social activities and supporting their emotional well\-being. Maintain open communication with residents and their families. Requirements Proven experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or similar senior care environments with a focus on long\-term care management. Strong background in dementia care, Alzheimer’s support, memory care programs, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Demonstrated leadership skills with supervisory experience in healthcare or home \& community care settings. Knowledge of health regulation policies, long\-term care regulations, and nursing home administration best practices. Competence in healthcare financial management including budgeting and resource planning. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. * Relevant certifications such as nursing license or healthcare administration credentials are preferred.
