Overview We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team! Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for customers via multi\-line phone systems, email, and in\-person interactions, delivering friendly and professional service. Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and directing calls with excellent phone etiquette. Assist with office management duties like calendar management, appointment scheduling, and organizing documents to support smooth daily operations. Provide customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Perform clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, maintaining filing systems, and managing office supplies inventory. Support bookkeeping activities including basic data entry and record keeping using QuickBooks or similar accounting tools. Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills. Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and productivity software. Prior experience in customer service or front desk roles with strong phone etiquette skills. Ability to handle multi\-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer needs effectively. Familiarity with clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading, data entry, and calendar management. Technical proficiency in using office equipment like multi\-line phones, printers, and basic bookkeeping tools such as QuickBooks. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast\-paced environment. Previous experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is advantageous but not required; relevant personal assistant experience is also valued.
