Job Summary Responsibilities Answer phone calls, texts, and emails professionally. Schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar using Jobber. Follow up with estimates, invoices, and unpaid balances. Respond to leads from Indeed, Google, Nextdoor, and Thumbtack. Provide excellent customer service and maintain communication with clients. Assist with QuickBooks data entry and basic bookkeeping. Coordinate with field crews and update daily schedules. Maintain organized customer records and office files. Requirements 2\+ years of administrative or office experience. Excellent English communication skills (Spanish is a plus). Experience with Jobber, QuickBooks, or similar software preferred. Strong computer skills (Google Workspace and Microsoft Office). Highly organized, dependable, and able to multitask. Ability to work independently and solve problems without constant supervision. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred. Preferred Qualities Landscaping, construction, or home service industry experience is a plus. Detail\-oriented with excellent follow\-through. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. * Comfortable in a fast\-paced, growing company. Pay: $22\.00 \- $28\.00 per hour Work Location: Remote
