Chiropractic Assistant / Future Clinic Manager Job Type: Full\-Time preferred; consistent Part\-Time may be considered for the right candidate Schedule: Approximately 35–40 hours per week for full\-time; 20–30 hours per week for part\-time Pay: $19–$25 per hour starting, depending on experience and baseline skill level Location: Taho Health — Corona, CA About Us \& The Opportunity Taho Health is a patient\-centered chiropractic and movement health clinic entering an exciting stage of growth. Over the next few years, our vision is to continue growing and eventually open a second location. Because of that vision, we want to build our future leadership team from within. This is more than a front desk position. We are looking for someone with the ambition, work ethic, and follow\-through to start at the front desk, master the daily operations of the clinic, and earn their way into a leadership role as we grow — moving from front desk, to Office Manager, to Clinic Manager as responsibility is earned. The right person will become an important part of the member experience, clinic flow, communication, scheduling, payments, organization, and overall standard of care we provide. You will be the first and last point of contact for every member who walks through our doors, which makes this role essential to the success of the clinic. We are not expecting someone to walk in and manage the business on day one. We are looking for someone who wants to learn, take ownership, grow with us long term, and potentially become the person trusted to help lead day\-to\-day operations of this location as Taho Health continues to expand. The Right Fit The ideal candidate balances warmth and strong interpersonal skills with the organization, confidence, and accountability needed to keep a busy clinic running smoothly. We are looking for someone who is: A Builder: Someone who wants to grow with a company long term, start at the ground level, and earn more responsibility over time. A Systems Thinker: Someone who does not just complete tasks, but notices problems, improves processes, and helps the clinic run more efficiently. Highly Accountable: Someone who treats the clinic's reputation, schedule, member experience, and financial flow with care and ownership. A Clear Communicator: Someone who is genuinely warm with members while remaining confident when discussing policies, payments, and scheduling expectations. Experience in a chiropractic, medical, physical therapy, or healthcare office is a plus, but we are also open to candidates with a strong track record of ownership in hospitality, retail, customer service, wellness, or administrative roles. What the Path Looks Like We do not expect you to run the clinic on day one, but we are looking for someone with the drive to grow into greater responsibility. The path we have in mind moves from front desk, to Office Manager, to Clinic Manager — with each stage building your ownership of the business. Months 1–6: Master the front desk, learn our systems, support the member experience, understand daily clinic flow, learn our clinical modalities, and build strong relationships with our members. Months 6–18: Step into Office Manager\-level responsibilities — the stepping\-stone role toward clinic leadership — including scheduling systems, inventory, team flow, office organization, communication standards, and daily clinic metrics. Years 2–3: For the right person, grow into the Clinic Manager role, taking on increasing responsibility for day\-to\-day operations as the founder focuses on continued growth and future expansion. This timeline reflects our intent, not a guarantee. How quickly you move depends on how quickly you grow into each stage, demonstrate ownership, and earn trust through consistent performance. Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Greeting and checking in members with warmth and professionalism Creating a calm, organized, and welcoming front office experience Answering phones, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments Managing patient flow and helping keep the clinic on schedule Handling paperwork, data entry, scanning, and patient records Collecting payments, issuing receipts, and maintaining accurate financial records Clearly discussing fees, payments, scheduling expectations, and office policies Rooming patients and assisting with basic care tasks, including taking vitals Assisting with physiotherapy modalities such as cold laser, PEMF, e\-stim, shock wave, ultrasound, and other therapies; training provided Preparing and cleaning treatment rooms Helping maintain office organization, supplies, and inventory Spotting opportunities to improve systems, communication, and member experience Supporting the doctor and team in keeping the clinic running smoothly Qualifications The ideal candidate will have: A friendly, professional, and genuinely caring personality Strong communication skills in person, by phone, and by email Excellent attention to detail Strong organizational and multitasking skills A dependable, punctual, and proactive work ethic Strong problem\-solving and critical thinking skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfort with computers, email, Word, Excel, and general office systems Willingness to learn our clinic software, procedures, and patient support systems Emotional maturity and comfort communicating payment and scheduling policies clearly, professionally, and consistently A genuine interest in health, wellness, personal growth, and long\-term professional development Compensation \& Benefits Starting pay: $19–$25 per hour, depending on experience and baseline skill level Structured and consistent schedule Full\-time preferred; consistent part\-time may be considered for the right candidate Health benefits available for eligible employees Paid time off for eligible employees Comprehensive on\-the\-job training Complimentary chiropractic care for staff after your 90\-day review Performance bonus opportunities based on role responsibilities, clinic performance, and measurable contributions Clear opportunity to grow into an Office Manager or Clinic Manager role as responsibilities are earned and the clinic continues to grow As you take on more responsibility and move from front desk support into office management and clinic leadership, compensation will be reviewed as responsibilities expand and leadership milestones are reached. How to Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief cover letter (required). In your cover letter, briefly tell us about a time you took ownership of a problem at a previous job, helped solve it, or improved a process without being asked. To maintain a calm and focused environment for our patients, please do not call the clinic directly. All applications must be submitted through this job posting or by email.
