We don't need you to build infrastructure, write playbooks, or manage operations—our central team handles all admin, onboarding, and compliance. Your sole metric of success is finding, pitching, and closing qualified allocators. Target Focus U.S. Wealth Advisors (eventually outside U.S as well): Building relationships with independent financial advisors and wealth managers. The Tesla Investor Community: Actively penetrating global networks of high\-net\-worth Tesla shareholders and tech allocators. Compensation Structure (High\-Upside / Low\-Base) This role is built for a relentless closer who backs their own ability. The Runway: Funded monthly base retainer during an initial 90\-day trial period to support your pipeline build. The Payout: Highly aggressive, uncapped commission overrides on all closed investor capital. The Upside: If you are a true hunter who knows how to navigate the wealth advisor and tech allocator ecosystems, your earnings will scale exponentially, allowing you to significantly outperform traditional corporate salary caps. Qualifications Outbound Prospecting: You know how to find your own leads from day one without relying on inbound marketing data. Financial Intellect: You must be sharp and diligent enough to explain structured payouts, alpha\-sharing, and yield mechanics peer\-to\-peer with wealth managers. Global Execution: You do not need to be American, but you must be fully fluent in English and capable of targeting the U.S. wealth market remotely.
