Description Veterinary Client Service Representative Schedule: 36\-40 hours weekly; Saturday rotations Shift Times: Monday – Friday 7a—6p Saturday 8a—5p Animal Medical Clinic Peachtree City, GA 30269 About You You’ll play an important role in pets’ lives by providing end\-to\-end care for our precious patients. Your life\-changing work will range from the hands\-on\-care of facilitating outpatient treatments to support services including admitting and discharging patients. The success of your patients’ care matters to you, and your success matters to us. Your Experience \& Skills Customer service experience (1\-3 years preferred) Multi\-tasking within a high\-volume, fast\-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with computer software and data entry Attention to detail and accurate record keeping Reliable, self\-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team Passion for animal care and a strong work ethic Prior experience working with animals or in a veterinary setting is preferred but not required Animal Medical Clinic is looking for a Client Service Representative to join us as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community. We are open Monday – Friday 7a – 6p and Saturday 8a – 5p, serving the Peachtree City, Fayetteville, Tyrone, and Newnan communities.
