Role Description The Human Resources Assistant at AthleteLink is a part\-time, remote role supporting day\-to\-day HR operations and employee services. This role assists with maintaining employee records in HR systems, coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, and supporting benefits\-related inquiries. The Human Resources Assistant helps schedule training sessions, tracks completion, and organizes HR documentation and communications. Additional responsibilities may include responding to employee questions, preparing HR reports, and partnering with HR leadership on special projects to support a positive, compliant, and inclusive work environment. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to support daily HR operations and employee relations. Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to maintain accurate employee data and generate basic reports. Candidates should possess skills in Benefits Administration to assist with enrollment, changes, and employee benefit inquiries. Candidates should possess skills in Training to help coordinate and track onboarding, compliance training, and development activities. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Effective written and verbal communication skills and comfort working with remote teams and digital collaboration tools. Previous experience in an HR support or administrative role is preferred; familiarity with employment policies and basic labor practices is beneficial. Associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. Pay: $20\.00 \- $25\.00 per hour Benefits: * Paid time off Work Location: Remote
