I am an independent Care Manager seeking a reliable, detail\-oriented Administrative \& Bookkeeping Assistant to support my growing practice. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, has excellent organizational skills, and is proficient in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks. The majority of the work can be completed remotely, although occasional local meetings may be helpful. Responsibilities Enter billable hours and travel time into existing Excel billing spreadsheets. Review time entries for accuracy and completeness. Prepare and generate client invoices using QuickBooks. Reconcile invoices with monthly billing records. Organize and maintain electronic billing files. Assist with tracking payments and outstanding balances. Prepare monthly financial reports as requested. Communicate professionally regarding billing questions when needed. Qualifications Experience with Microsoft Excel \& QuickBooks Online (required). Previous bookkeeping or administrative experience. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong written communication skills. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with healthcare professionals, care managers, attorneys, or small businesses. Bookkeeping certification (AIPB, NACPB, or equivalent) is a plus but not required. QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification is a plus. Schedule Approximately 8–10 hours per month initially. Flexible schedule. Compensation Competitive hourly rate based on experience. They enjoy creating order from detailed records, are proficient with Excel and QuickBooks, and can work independently with minimal supervision.
