We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and welcoming Bilingual Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary face and voice of our company, providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors. The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of one to two years of customer service experience and excels in managing high\-volume phone lines, calendar organization, and fast\-paced appointment scheduling. Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish is strictly required. Core Responsibilities: Customer Service \& Front Desk Operations Greet visitors professionally upon arrival, determine their needs, and direct them appropriately. Manage phone systems by answering, screening, and routing incoming calls in both required languages. Provide information regarding company services, location, hours, and general inquiries via phone, email, and in\-person interactions. Resolve complaints or customer service issues smoothly using proven de\-escalation techniques. Maintain the reception area to ensure it remains clean, professional, safe, and fully stocked with required materials. Scheduling \& Calendar Management Coordinate appointments accurately using virtual booking platforms and electronic calendar systems. Optimize schedules by efficiently managing cancellations, no\-shows, and immediate re\-scheduling requests. Send reminders to clients or patients regarding upcoming appointments, schedule updates, or required documents. Pay: From $18\.00 per hour Benefits: * Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
