Overview We are seeking a detail\-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our administrative operations, ensuring that all data is accurately entered, maintained, and easily accessible. Your proactive approach and strong computer skills will help streamline office processes and support various departments. Responsibilities Input and update data into various software systems such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and specialized databases with precision and efficiency Manage filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring documents are organized and easily retrievable Proofread and verify data entries for accuracy, consistency, and completeness Handle incoming calls using multi\-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette and provide excellent customer support Assist with calendar management, appointment scheduling, and coordinating meetings for team members or executives Support office management tasks including maintaining supplies, managing front desk duties, and overseeing general administrative functions Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, data entry, and document filing to keep operations running smoothly Requirements Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), and basic computer literacy Prior experience with data entry tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus Excellent typing speed with high accuracy; attention to detail is essential Bilingual abilities are preferred to serve diverse customer needs effectively Strong communication skills including phone etiquette and customer service experience Familiarity with multi\-line phone systems and front desk operations is highly desirable Previous experience as a medical or dental receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment Pay: $22\.97 \- $27\.67 per hour Work Location: In person
