Duties Greet visitors, clients, and staff with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere Manage multi\-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously using proper phone etiquette Handle all front desk responsibilities including answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing information Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and manage office supplies to support daily operations Utilize computer skills to operate Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other office management software effectively Support administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, calendar management, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar tools Assist with clerical duties like photocopying, faxing, mailing, and maintaining accurate records for office management Skills Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with strong organizational skills Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and efficiently Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and data entry skills Familiarity with multi\-line phone systems and phone etiquette to manage high\-volume calls smoothly Experience in clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading, calendar management, and document preparation Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast\-paced environment Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant is a plus but not required Knowledge of bookkeeping procedures using QuickBooks or similar software is advantageous Join our team as a Front Desk Agent where your proactive attitude and organizational prowess will shine!
