Job Title: Payroll Coordinator / HR CoordinatorReports To: Office Administrator / Director and OwnerJob Summary: We are seeking a detail\-oriented and organized Payroll Coordinator / HR Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient management of payroll functions and supporting HR operations within our homecare agency with at least five years of customer service experience, proficiency with spreadsheets, and excellent mathematical skills. Key Responsibilities: Manage telephone communications related to payroll and HR inquiries. Perform prebilling tasks, ensuring all necessary data is accurate and timely. Conduct data entry for payroll processing and maintain accurate records. Monitor and track billable hours pulled from HHA Exchange into the payroll system. Collaborate with team members to resolve payroll discrepancies and issues. Maintain confidentiality and security of employee information. Support HR functions as needed, including communication with employees and management. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience. Associate’s degree required. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including the use of spreadsheets and formulas. Strong mathematical skills for accurate payroll processing and data analysis. Basic knowledge of payroll functions and processes. Strong verbal and written communication skills; must read, write, and understand English fluently. Experience working with a diverse community and promoting an inclusive work environment. Skills and Attributes: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Strong problem\-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
