After\-Hours Operations Coordinator (Friday \- Monday) \- Fully Remote \- Must Live in Nevada We are growing rapidly and looking for an A\-player to join our team. The Testing Agency provides environmental inspection and testing services for restoration companies. Our clients depend on us to coordinate inspections quickly, communicate clearly, and keep jobs moving, especially after hours and on weekends. We are hiring an After\-Hours Operations Coordinator to serve as the primary operational contact during evenings and weekends. This is a high\-trust, fast\-paced role for someone who can work independently, make sound decisions, and protect the client experience when the rest of the team is offline. This role supports key client accounts where responsiveness, judgment, accuracy, and communication are critical. \- Location Fully Remote Must live in Nevada \- Compensation Expected annual gross compensation: $60,000–$72,000/year This is based on a fixed hourly schedule, including weekly overtime. \- Expected schedule: Approximately 44 hours/week Additional on\-call opportunities may be available Note: This is an hourly, non\-exempt position. The annual compensation estimate is based on the expected schedule and may vary depending on actual hours worked. \- Schedule Friday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM PST Saturday: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM PST Sunday: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM PST Monday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM PST Tuesday–Thursday: Off This is active working coverage during the scheduled hours. Weekend job volume is typically lighter than normal business hours, and volume usually drops later in the day. However, availability is crucial. This person must remain fully available and responsive through our closing time of 10:00 PM PST to receive new jobs, respond to urgent client requests, log job details accurately, support technicians, and ensure proper handoff for anything that needs follow\-up. After approximately 8:00 PM PST, the role is generally focused more on monitoring, receiving and logging new requests, confirming urgent details, and preparing accurate handoffs rather than actively scheduling non\-urgent jobs. \- Who We’re Looking For We need someone who is calm under pressure, highly organized, and confident making decisions without constant oversight.
