Overview We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Assistant to join our team and help keep our office running smoothly and efficiently. This role is vital in supporting daily administrative operations, managing front desk responsibilities, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail\-oriented, and possess a strong skill set in office management, communication, and multitasking. As an Office Assistant, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment while handling essential clerical tasks that keep our business thriving. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly at the front desk, providing exceptional customer service and assistance Manage multi\-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and professionally using proper phone etiquette Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization of records Maintain appointment calendars and schedule meetings using Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace Perform basic bookkeeping tasks Support office management activities including supply inventory, order processing, and maintaining cleanliness Assist with administrative tasks such as copying, scanning, mail distribution, and preparing reports or correspondence Experience Proven experience in an office environment with clerical or administrative responsibilities Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace application Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Prior experience as a receptionist is a plus but not required Demonstrated customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal communication Ability to perform data entry accurately while managing multiple tasks simultaneously Personal assistant experience or office management background is advantageous Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional support through energetic service and meticulous organization.
