Regional Behavioral Consultants (RBC) is expanding services into Erie County, and we’re looking for mission\-driven BCBAs and Licensed Behavior Consultants who want meaningful work in a supportive, clinically driven environment.
Since 2004, RBC has been providing high\-quality behavioral health services to children and families in Crawford County. As demand grows, we’re expanding our community\-based ABA services into Erie County to support more families in their homes and schools.

Your first year at RBC includes:

- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Conduct assessments (FBA, VB\-MAPP, ABLLS\-R, etc.)
- Provide face\-to\-face supervision to RBTs, BHTs, and assistant consultants
- Write progress reports and adjust treatment plans based on data
- Monitor clinical outcomes and maintain ethical ABA practice
- Train caregivers and educators in ABA strategies
- Partner with school teams to support student success
- Lead team meetings and case consultations
- Participate in IEP, IFSP, and transition planning meetings
- Collaborate with early intervention teams, schools, and families
- Maintain open communication with caregivers, educators, and treatment teams
- Support interdisciplinary care alongside other clinicians
- Promote skill generalization across home, school, and community environments

- Master’s degree in a behavioral or human services field
- PA Behavior Specialist License OR BCBA credential
- 1\+ year ABA experience
- Experience conducting behavioral assessments and designing ABA treatment plans
- Familiarity with ABA methodologies such as: DTT, NET, Verbal Behavior, PRT

What You’ll Do
As a Behavior Consultant / BCBA, you will provide clinical leadership for children with autism and developmental delays through community\-based services delivered in homes and schools throughout Erie County.
