Duties

  • Manage appointment scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting arrangements.
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain organized records and ensure accuracy in all communications.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, supporting client needs, and offering support with a friendly demeanor.
  • Assist with clerical duties including typing reports, maintaining files, and supporting team members with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Requirements

  • Proven office experience or administrative background with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications.
  • Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi\-line phone systems.
  • Strong computer literacy with the ability to quickly adapt to new software.
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast\-paced environment.
  • Previous clerical or office management experience is preferred; familiarity with bookkeeping or personal assistant duties is a plus.
  • Attention to detail for proofreading documents and data entry accuracy.
