Our practice was established to provide a compassionate alternative to "business as usual" healthcare. We recognize that traditional, large\-scale clinical settings can create high\-stress environments for both clients and providers. At Core Healing, we’ve intentionally built a culture that rejects employee productivity quotas in favor of quality care and sustainable professional lives.
We believe that our first responsibility is to prioritize our own needs as practitioners and fellow humans. By caring for ourselves and one another, we are far better positioned to provide effective, heart\-centered healing and restorative experiences to our broad client communities.
A Space for All: Our Community FocusWe don't just allow for diversity; we see it as essential and thus center it as a key piece of our hiring considerations and our provision of care to our communities. We are deeply committed to providing a sanctuary for those who have often been marginalized by traditional healthcare systems. We are actively seeking a team of clinicians and bodyworkers who share our passion for:
- Queer \& Trans Affirming Care: We provide a space where gender identity and sexual orientation are understood and supported as meaningful parts of the lived experience of being human.
- Neurodiverse Support: We move beyond othering ableism to genuinely embrace neuro\-affirming practices that respect the rich and varied ways our brains navigate the world, providing insight and assistance for those struggling to navigate a world heavily shaped by allistic ways of being.
- Radical Inclusivity: We are rooted in policies that emphasize clear and direct communication, efficiency, and empowerment.
- Focus on Healing, Not Admin: Through our contract with Wildflower, we provide full administrative support, including scheduling, billing, HR services, and insurance claim processing, so that you can focus on your craft.
- Location Your Way: Mental health providers are encouraged to take advantage of hybrid or fully remote options. For massage therapists and in\-person sessions, our physical office in Eugene offers a beautiful, restorative environment, and we will soon have therapy rooms in other locations in Oregon and Washington.
- A Human\-First Culture: We respect your individual character, the depth of your experience, and the ways we empower one another as practitioners and caring humans. We are looking for providers dedicated to excellence in care and the joys and strengths of collaboration, not simply siloed contractors.
- We are absolutely NOT a therapy mill and will continue to prioritize the client and provider experience as we grow. We know the dark side of profit or power or status placed over ethics and community\-centered care, and we are not here for it. Obi\-Wan \> Vader \<3
