###### Pay will be $30 per hour.
We are seeking a professional, organized, and detail\-oriented Client Video Production Coordinator to lead remote client video recording sessions and manage video assets through post\-production.
This is a client\-facing, operations\-driven role within a fast\-paced agency environment. The right person is calm under pressure, comfortable with online recording and video review tools such as Riverside.fm and Frame.io, and able to catch small errors before videos are delivered to clients. You will guide clients through recording sessions, coordinate handoffs to editors, track revisions, review edited videos, and ensure final deliverables meet quality standards.
This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys structured workflows, checklists, client communication, quality control, and behind\-the\-scenes production coordination. You should be comfortable leading clients in real time, writing clear timestamped feedback for editors, and taking ownership of deadlines without needing constant reminders.
This is not a passive admin role or a purely creative editing role. It requires strong communication, sound judgment, fast follow\-through, excellent attention to detail, and operational ownership.
Candidates selected for final consideration will complete a paid practical work sample that includes reviewing a short edited video, writing revision notes, and participating in a mock client recording setup.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage remote client video recording sessions using the online tool Riverside.fm.
- Show up as a calm, professional, and friendly presence for executive\-level clients.
- Prepare clients for recording and guide them through the process in real time.
- Check client setup, including camera, microphone, lighting, framing, internet connection, and background.
- Adapt recording styles based on client comfort and experience, including scripted, interview\-style, or guided free\-form formats.
- Keep sessions focused, efficient, and on track while maintaining a strong client experience.
- Make judgment calls when technical issues, poor setup, or client readiness require troubleshooting or rescheduling.
- Ensure all recorded assets are complete, properly saved, organized, and ready for post\-production.
- Coordinate the handoff of videos to editors with clear instructions, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Manage timelines, revisions, and approvals through final delivery.
- Review edited videos before delivery to identify issues such as incorrect cuts, missing captions, audio problems, awkward pauses, formatting errors, typos, branding issues, incorrect lower thirds, poor framing, or missed revision notes.
- Create clear, timestamped revision notes for editors.
- Confirm final files are exported in the correct format, named correctly, uploaded to the correct location, and ready for client delivery.
- Track multiple videos and deadlines at once while maintaining accuracy and follow\-through.
- Communicate blockers, delays, or quality concerns quickly and clearly.
- Experience in client\-facing operations, coordination, production support, podcast production, video production, webinar production, or a similar role.
- Comfort with remote recording tools such as Riverside.fm, StreamYard, SquadCast, or similar platforms.
- Experience using video review and collaboration software such as Frame.io or similar tools.
- Familiarity with long\-form video, podcast, and short\-form video workflows.
- Light video editing knowledge and the ability to give clear notes to editors.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and moving parts at the same time.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and a strong ability to catch errors before work is delivered.
- Professional judgment and comfort guiding clients through unfamiliar processes.
- Ability to work quickly without becoming sloppy.
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment.
- Based in and authorized to work in the United States.
- Stable and reliable internet connection and computer.
- Flexible availability Monday through Friday, 9 am–5 pm, for scheduled client sessions and weekly meetings.
Requirements:
This is a part\-time 1099 contractor role requiring approximately 10–15 hours per week.
The right person must be available on a regular flexible schedule Monday through Friday during the hours of 9 am–5 pm and be available for weekly meetings.
